Hall of  Worship of Ancestors in Chinese Palace
The major hall of the temple (in the picture)is the Great East Hall, built in 857 AD, during the Tang dynasty (618–907). According to architectural records, it is the third earliest preserved timber structure in China. Today the temple is part of a UNESCO World Heritage site and is undergoing restoration.
Beiyue Temple was called Beiyue Temple in the Han Dynasty, Beiyue Antianwang Temple in the Tang Dynasty, Beiyue Antian Yuan Shengdi Temple in the Song Dynasty, and Beiyue Antian Da Zhenyuan Shengdi Temple in the Yuan Dynasty. In the Ming Dynasty, the titles added by previous dynasties were removed and renamed Beiyue Temple. Located at No. 2 Beiyue Road, Hengzhou Town, west of Quyang County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, it was built in the Jingming and Zhengshi years of the Northern Wei Dynasty (500-512) during the Northern and Southern Dynasties. Before the 17th year of Shunzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1660), Beiyue Temple had always been It was a place where feudal emperors of all dynasties worshiped the God of Beiyue Hengshan Mountain, covering a total area of 173,982 square meters.

Fenghuang Ancient Town, One of the most famous destination in Hunan province, China. This town was added to the UNESCO World Heritage tentative list in 2008. Its stilt houses, picturesque river area and cobblestone alleyways combine to make it one of China’s most scenic towns. In Chinese, Fenghuang means “Phoenix”. the town got its name because one of the nearby mountains resembles the mythical bird. And the Phoenix was also one of the main objects of worship of the Chinese people. Every night, the town are illuminated and really colorful. However, in morning period still calm and peaceful. The old style of Chinese houses jut out over the Tuo river are one of the most iconic images of Fenghuang, and walking along the riverfront or taking a boat down the river is a perfect way to appreciate these stunning architecture.
