Hagåtña, Guam: flag of Guam fluttering in the wind - the flag of the United States territory of Guam was adopted in. The territorial flag is dark blue with a red border on all sides. The red border represents the blood spilled in World War II and Spanish sovereignty. In the center of the flag is the seal; an almond-shaped emblem, which depicts a proa boat sailing in Hagåtña Bay, and 'GUAM' in red letters. The landform under the coconut palm tree depicts the Two Lovers Point in Guam.
