Milford Sound, in New Zealand's Fiordland National Park, as the winter sun is about to set. This is a slightly different view to the normal one. Here, the famous Mitre Peak is just behind the trees, but instead, the foreshore and the Bowen Falls can be seen. This location is just off of the foreshore walk, a short, easy walk through beach forest along the shoreline of Milford Sound. During the day, thousands of visitors flock to Milford Sound, but as the day comes to a close, they head away again, leaving just footprints in the sand. A sense of peace then returns to this beautiful place.
