Chiba, Japan - October 14, 2017: Sawara-no-Taisai Aki Matsuri (autumn festival in Sawara city) is an annual traditional festival in Chiba, Japan. It has over 300 years history, and it's registered to UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage list. There are 14 parade floats with huge doll of historical people on top. The most attractive event in the festival is called 'nonoji mawashi'. They drive the huge float and turn it on the intersection on the roads by human power, and the imprint by the wooden tire is like a specific Japanese letter. Many local people get together to move the parade float and dancing with local instruments.
