The former Quinard tidal mill was built in the 19th century and is located on the banks of the Rance. Thanks to the power of the tides, it produced flour that was transported to coastal towns and Dinan. It was the largest mill on the Rance: at the end of the 19th century, a steam engine was installed to transfer the tidal energy. The mill ceased operations on 1 January 1925, just 40 years after the expansion work.
