A blue plaque on the wall of the one-time home of Elizabeth Fry (1780-1845), Quaker prison reformer and philanthropist, where she lived from 1800-1809. The building is in Poultry, City of London. Elizabeth Fry née Gurney was born in Norwich, Norfolk, in 1780 and died in Ramsgate, Kent, in 1845.

Memorial Plaque at Lamb & Flag Pub on Rose Street in Covent Garden, London. It states that on 19 December 1679 that the 'Rose Alley Ambuscade' happened in which poet John Dryden was assaulted by masked men probably at the behest of John Wilmot, second Earl of Rochester, and the Duchess of Portsmouth, Charles II's mistress, because of an anonymous Essay on Satire, which mocked the monarch, the earl and the duchesses of Cleveland and Portsmouth. The piece was thought to have been written by Dryden but was in fact written by someone else.

It contains Mansion House, the Bank of England, St Stephen Walbrook church, the Old Stock Exchange Tower, Grocers’ Hall, the City of London Magistrates Court, the London Stone, The Ned Hotel and Bank Underground station amongst other places of interest. Walbrook is named after the River Walbrook, which is now below ground and flows through the City of London.

A ceramic plaque in the City of London marking where The Great Conduit once stood. It was a man-made channel running underground to bring fresh drinking water from Tyburn in the west of London to Cheapside in the City of London. Its use was discontinued after the Great Fire of London in 1666. The plaque reads, “The Great Conduit stood in this street providing free water 13t Century to 1666”.
