$Cima Brenta is the highest point of the mighty massif that forms the central part of the Brenta group, between the Tosa massif to the south and the Grostè massif to the north.\n\nThe peak is located on the main ridge of the group, which forms the northern and southern crests of the mountain. The mighty western crest also branches off from the peak, forming a forepeak (3122 m) where it forks: to the west it continues to Cima Mandron (3040 m) and the two Punte di Campiglio (2969 m and 2876 m), forming the large walls that loom over the valley and the Brentei refuge; to the north-west it forms the fifteen Torri di Kiene and ends with Punta Massari (2846 m), above the Tuckett refuge. The two crests enclose the upper Brenta glacier. To the north an icy slide descends to the lower Brenta glacier, near the Bocca di Tuckett. Towards the east, a large yellowish wall drops for 800 metres onto the Val Perse, crossed in the upper part by the Garbari ledge, on which the Via delle Bocchette passes (in particular, the section that crosses it is called «Bocchette Alte»).$
