Jain temples complex in Jaisalmer Rajasthan India. These buildings are built in the Dilwara style and are dedicated to Rikhabdevji and Shambhavdev Ji, the Jain hermits known as 'Tirthankars'. All of them have beautiful crafted carvings of yellow sandstones.Build from the 12th to the 15th century, this religious buildings are located within the Jaisalmer Fort.

Bikaner, India - September 30, 2015: Jain temple Bhandreshwar in Bikaner Rajasthan India. It was once the capital of the princely state of Bikaner. It was founded by Rao Bika in 1486. It is now the fourth biggest city in Rajasthan and although not receiving as many tourists as other cities in the state it is slowly gaining popularity because of the beautiful havelis (houses) an amazing fort palaces and temples like the one in the image. Bhandreshwar was started in 1468 and completed in 1514. The temple is dedicated to the fifth Jain Tirthankara (founders of the Jain religion), Sumatinathji.

The Hutheesing Jain Temple is a marvel in marble. The designs and sculptures of the architecture built in 1848 AD is a proof that still traditional high quality artisans exists in the modern era.
