This beautiful dragonfly, basking on green background. What a beautiful shade of blue, very gorgeous.

$Field characters: 66-84mm, abdomen: 50-61mm, Hw: 45-52mm.\nBlue Emperor is presently a common species, which is only absent from parts of the northern provinces of Groningen and Friesland.
