$Paracho de Verduzco, commonly known simply as Paracho, is an indigenous Purépecha community located in the state of Michoacán, capital of the municipality of Paracho.\n\nIt is a community on the Purépecha Plateau rich in traditions, such as the artisanal production of guitars and wooden items. It has workshops where quality guitars have traditionally been made from different types of wood, although the luthieros (the name given to the artisans who make instruments) also build other types of instruments, such as violins, double basses, mandolins, charangos, laudes, guitarrones, tricordios, requintos and a wide variety of other high-quality musical instruments made from wood from different parts of the world.$
