The Stars and Stripes are lowered in a ceremony on the USS Canberra (LCS 30), docked at Garden Island in Sydney Harbour. One person lowers the flag while two salute.  USS Canberra is an Independence Class combat ship of the US Navy.  She is in port for a commissioning ceremony on 22 July 2023.  She is adorned with red, white and blue bunting and maritime flags.
