The battleship U.S.S. Alabama, now retired as a floating museum in Mobile, AL. Shot taken from the bow directly in front of the forward gun turret, looking up towards the bridge and conning tower. Photo has been given a retro treatment to make it look like it was taken in the 1940s during active service. Grey overall color with slight blue/grey tint, and some slight graininess.

Setúbal, Portugal: Bofors 40mm L/60 automatic gun on a warship - the 40  mm Bofors L/60 is an anti-aircraft gun designed by the Swedish gunmaker Bofors in the early 1930s . It was designed as a versatile intermediate cannon. Its initial version was called 40L60, because the tube has a theoretical length equal to 60 times the caliber. It was manufactured in Sweden by the Bofors company itself, but also licensed in many other countries. It achieved a prestigious status thanks to his efficiency and great success during the London defence of the Battle of Britain.
