Above the walls, we can see the mosque's stunning white marble domes, which stand out against the clear blue sky. The domes' elegant shape and reflective surface add to the mosque's grandeur and complement the intricacy of the surrounding walls. Interestingly, the mosque's layout did not conform to the symmetry of the Red Fort complex. It was later discovered that the outer walls of the mosque were purposefully constructed to maintain the complex's symmetry while the interior of the mosque followed the correct orientation to the east.
