The Elizabeth Tower ('Big Ben') and Westminster Bridge over  the River Thames in central London, England. The Clock Tower (renamed the Elizabeth Tower in 2012) was designed by Augustus Pugin and completed in 1859. Westminster Bridge was designed by Thomas Page and opened in 1862. Tourists and tour groups are on the bridge.
