Nijmegen, The Netherlands, July 22, 2015: The Four Day Marches Nijmegen, also known as Vierdaagse is the largest marching event in the world. It is organised every year in Nijmegen in mid-July as a means of promoting sport and exercise. Participants walk 30, 40 or 50 kilometers daily, and on completion receive a royally approved medal (Vierdaagsekruis). The participants are mostly civilians, but there are also a few thousand military participants.

Lismore, NSW. June 22, 2024\n41st battalion. Keys to the city of Lismore parade. This battalion was crucial in the recovery of Lismore and the Northern Rivers after the horrific floods of 2022. The Soldiers were finally given the keys to the city and thanked for their efforts.
