Spores white, broadly ovate to sub globose 5-7x5u. Basidia resembling a hot cross bun when seen from above, not edible (source R. Phillips).\nHabitat: The fungus grows in woodlands on dead trunks, logs, and stumps of Conifers.\nSeason: Autumn.\nDistribution: A widely distributed species, it is found in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, North America, Central America, and South America (source Wikipedia).\n\nThe Species is quite common in the Eastern Parts of the Netherlands.$
