The New Zealand falcon or karearea (Falco novaeseelandiae) is New Zealand's only falcon and the only remaining diurnal bird of prey endemic to New Zealand.
A beautiful specimen of Common Kestrel (Falco Tinnunculus), a small bird of prey very present in the countryside in northern and central Italy, a protected species much loved by bird and avifauna enthusiasts. Known in Italy by the name of Falchetto or Gheppio, it is one of the most widespread birds of prey in Europe and the Scandinavian countries, but it is also very common in America, Africa and Asia. Kestrel specimens trained in falconry are used in Italy to protect cultivated fields from raids by other bird species. Image in high definition quality.

Caracara - Scientific name: Caracara plancus.\nIt is a species of bird of prey of the Order Falconiformes. It measures about 50 to 60 cm in length (from head to tail. The caracara can be identified by its black crown, reddish face, as well as its body that goes from white to a brownish graduation.\nOmnivorous, it feeds on almost everything it finds, from live or dead animals to human waste.
The peregrine falcon (Falco peregrinus), a.k.a. the peregrine and historically as the duck hawk in North America is a cosmopolitan bird of prey (raptor) in the family Falconidae.\nIt is sitting on a tree in Cahuita National Park - a terrestrial and marine national park in the Caribbean La Amistad Conservation Area of Costa Rica located on the southern Caribbean coast in Limón Province, connected to the town of Cahuita.
