Nerium odrum, or commonly called oleander, nerium oleander, or rosebay, is an upright, rounded evergreen shrub (subtropical to tropical) that is valued for its abundant, fragrant, summer to fall flowers. Red, pink, yellow or white five-petal funnel-shaped flowers grow in clusters at the end of each branch.
