Oskar Schindler's Enamel Factory, a branch of the Historical Museum of the City of Krakow, is a former factory founded in 1937 in Krakow as the Enamel Cookware Factory. In 1939, it was taken over by the German entrepreneur Oskar Schindler as the German Enamel Factory (Deutsche Emailwarenfabrik). Schindler employed Jews at risk of extermination, who were then registered on the so-called Schindler's list and those saved from extermination. The factory is located at 4 Lipowa Street, in Kraków's Zabłocie district.

The bronze figure group in the tympanum was inserted in 1894, designed by Mathias Skeibrok - The paving of the square dates from 1931, carried out according to drawings by the architects Andreas Hesselberg Bjercke and Georg Eliassen. They created a cobblestone pattern that is characterized by neoclassicism and is in harmony with the surrounding buildings.
