Istanbul, Türkiye – April 21, 2023: The amphibious assault ship TCG Anadolu (L-400), which can be configured as the V/STOL aircraft carrier of the Turkish Navy, was opened to the public at Sarayburnu Port.
The frigate HMAS Arunta (right), destroyer HMAS Sydney (centre) and amphibious assault ship HMAS Canberra (left) of the Royal Australian Navy.  They are docked at Garden Island, Sydney Harbour, in preparation for an open day to the public during Navy Week, the first open day since the Covid pandemic. Portsmouth, UK - February 11th 2024: The HMS Queen Elizabeth, a Queen Elizabeth Class aircraft carrier moored at the Royal Naval base viewed from the Historic Dockyard.
One crew member is raising two maritime flags, while the other watches or assists, on the bridge of USS Canberra (LCS 30), an Independence Class combat ship of the US Navy which is docked at Garden Island in Sydney Harbour.  She was in port for her commissioning ceremony on 22 July 2023.  As part of the ceremony, her captain was presented with a kangaroo insignia attached to all ships of the Royal Australian Navy, but decorated in the colours and design of the Stars and Stripes.  That insignia has been attached to the ship and visible on the right.  The name of the ship and serial number is visible on the orange life ring.  A large, padded chair is visible on the bridge.
