Nyctanthes arbor tristis flower. It's other names  night blooming jasmine, tree of sorrow flower, coral jasmine and  shiuli. Harsigar or parijat flower. White flower.

The fruits split along one side to release the seeds, which each have a tuft of hairs at one end for dispersal by wind.\n\nThis Picture is made during a Long Weekend in the South of Belgium in June 2019.
