Bogotá, Colombia - July 20, 2016: The sky has just broken: it is raining on Calle 11 in the historical La Candelaria district, in the South American capital city of Bogota. The image was shot on 20th of July which is National Day in Colombia; the streets are therefore not as busy as they can normally be. Across the street in the entrance to the Botero Museum, one that is on almost every tourist's itinerary. The elevation at street level is around 8500 feet above mean sea level. The sky is still overcast. A car and a few people can be seen on the street. In the far background is a section of the Andes Mountains.
