Damaged building and a temporary tent in Pashmal town in Swat Valley, Pakistan on 26 October 2022, a few months after Pakistan’s worst flooding in a decade caused by the climate change. Swat is the country’s most popular tourist destination and is often called the Switzerland of Asia. It was also the center of an ancient civilization of Ghandara Kingdom, and a house of numerous Buddhist sites, which makes Swat one of the destinations for Buddhist pilgrimage. \n\nThe image showing someone is walking towards a completely damaged building, which is a school, on the eroded ground. The roof of the building is completely collapsed and there is a broken wall and temporary tent next to it. The tent is used as a school so children can continue attending the classes.
