Toquaht Lake is 13.9 miles from Ucluelet in Alberni-Clayoquot Regional District. The Toquaht are the people of Toquaht Bay, Mayne Bay and western Barkley Sound, and are one of the Nuu-chah-nulth Nations who have lived along Vancouver Island’s west coast for over 10,000 years. \

The seaplane ramp into British Columbia's Fraser river from Vancouver International Airport. The tail wheel and two main beaching wheels are removed once the plane is afloat and becomes a flying boat! The Fraser River is the longest river within British Columbia, rising at Fraser Pass near Blackrock Mountain in the Rocky Mountains and flowing for 1,375 kilometres, into the Strait of Georgia just south of the City of Vancouver.
