The statue of  the Swedish king Gustav III located at Skeppsbrokajen near the Royal Palace in Stockholm. This statue was created by Johan Tobias Sergel (1740-1814) and erected in 1808.

Louis IX (25 April 1214 – 25 August 1270), commonly revered as Saint Louis, was King of France from 1226 until his death in 1270. King Louis IX led a Crusade in the mid-1200s. He died during another Crusade in 1270. In 1297, to honor the king's efforts as a Crusader, the Roman Catholic Church made Louis IX a saint. He is the only French king to have been made a saint.
