Marchantia polymorpha liverwort, close up shot, local focus
Hairless, short to medium perennial; stems erect, square and hollow, with a creeping and rooting base. Leaf linear to lanceolate, opposite toothed or almost untoothed, half clasping the stem; with translucent gland-dots.
