Regal Angelfish Pygoplites diacanthus occurs Indo-Pacific Ocean from the Red Sea and East Africa to the Tuamoto Islands, north to Ryukyu and Ogasawara islands, south to the Great Barrier Reef and New Caledonia in coral rich areas of lagoon and seaward reefs to a depth of 48 m, max. length 25cm. The species is often found in the vicinity of caves and feeds on sponges and tunicates. Regal Angelfish has a large escape distance. It's not easy to take a photo. \nThis specimen is from Run Island, Banda Sea, Indonesia \n4°32'56.556 S 129°40'10.29 E at 8m depth
The Koran Angelfish is a species of the Indo-West Pacific Ocean and belongs to the Pomacanthidae family. This fish has a royal blue trim tracing its entire body, and has black and white stripes just like it’s given nickname the Zebra angelfish.
Pomacanthus maculosus, the yellowbar angelfish, half-moon angelfish, yellow-marked angelfish, yellowband angelfish or yellow-blotched angelfish, is found in the Persian Gulf, the Gulf of Oman, the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea, where this example was photographed.

The Blacktail Angelfish, also known as the Eibl Angelfish, Red Stripe Angelfish, or Orangelined Angelfish, is a small, colorful fish that is native to the Indo-Pacific region. It is a member of the family Pomacanthidae, which includes other popular aquarium fish such as the clownfish and the damselfish.\n\nThe Blacktail Angelfish is typically about 5-6 inches long, and has a pale gray body with thin, orange-brown vertical stripes. The caudal fin and end of the dorsal fin are black, and the caudal fin has a submarginal narrow whitish blue band. The anal, pelvic and pectoral fins are tinted with yellow.
