New  Fighter Jet.  The Navy had just picked  this Jet up from the Factory and was returning it to their home base in California.  This is a very high resolution image shot close up at 1/1250 second at 200 MM.  Background blacked out. Navigator can be seen waving as the aircraft passes by.
