Cuba - La Havana - Havana Vieja - Statue of Antonio Gades, Cathedral Square\n\nAntonio Esteve Rodeñas, better known by the pseudonym of Antonio Gades, is a Spanish flamenco dancer and choreographer born in Elda (province of Alicante) on November 14, 1936 and died in Madrid on July 20, 2004. He contributed to the popularization flamenco on the international scene and was the first director of the Ballet Nacional de España. Committed to the Communist Party of the Peoples of Spain since the years of the Democratic Transition, he was a member of the Central Committee until his death. He is also symbolically a member of the Communist Party of Cuba, while he regularly travels to this country to present shows there.

Royal Artillery Memorial in Hyde Park Corner, London. This memorial dedicated to the nearly 50,000 soldiers from the Royal Artillery killed in World War 1, was designed by Charles Sargeant Jagger and  was revealed in 1925. A double decker bus can be seen in the background.
