This is an image of the interior of the Thomas Jefferson Memorial in Washington D.C. The photograph shows the impressive neoclassical architecture characterized by tall, robust columns and a domed ceiling. Sunlight is streaming in through the open-air gaps between columns, illuminating the interior.
