The beautiful frescoes with a false perspective inside the Chiesa della Santissima Annunziata, in the historic and medieval heart of Siena, in Tuscany. Built in 1257 as part of the ancient Spedale di Santa Maria della Scala, the church was remodeled in successive stages during the 15th century. In the photo, the apse with frescoes by Sebastiano Conca painted in 1731 and the High Altar with the bronze statue of the Risen Christ, a masterpiece from 1476 by the artist Lorenzo di Pietro. Siena is one of the most beautiful Italian cities of art, in the heart of the Tuscan hills, famous for its immense artistic and historical heritage and for the Palio, where the seventeen historical districts of the city compete every year in Piazza del Campo in one of the oldest horse racing in the world. The beautiful interior of the church of Santa Maria della Pace (Church of Saint Mary of Peace) in the historic heart of Rome, in the Piazza Navona district. Built in 1482 during the pontificate of Sisto IV, the church was designed in the Renaissance style with a trapezoidal plan and an octagonal cross by the architect Baccio Pontelli. In 1656 Pietro da Cortona designed the Baroque-style façade with a semi-circular colonnade. Inside the church, rich in numerous chapels, there are architectural and pictorial works by Raphael, Antonio da Sangallo, Rosso Fiorentino, Baldassarre Peruzzi and Orazio Gentileschi.
