The Tritons’ Fountain is a fountain located just outside the City Gate of Valletta, Malta. It consists of three bronze Tritons holding up a large basin, balanced on a concentric base built out of concrete and clad in travertine slabs. The fountain is one of Malta's most important Modernist landmarks, designed and constructed between 1952 and 1959.\n\nValletta is an administrative unit and the capital of Malta which is an island country in Southern Europe, located in the Mediterranean Sea.

The Fontaine de l'Observatoire is a monumental fountain located in the Jardin Marco Polo, south of the Jardin du Luxembourg in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, with sculpture by Jean-Baptiste Carpeaux. It is also known as the Fontaine des Quatre-Parties-du-Monde, for the four parts of the world embodied by its female figures, or simply the Fontaine Carpeaux. The sculptor Emmanuel Frémiet, the nephew and pupil of the sculptor François Rude, made the horses in the basin around the statue.

Philadelphia, PA USA May 20, 2012: The Swann Memorial Fountainis a prominent landmark situated in the center of Logan Circle (also known as Logan Square) on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia. The female Native American figure seen here represents the Schuylkill River.\n\nThe fountain was completed in 1924 and was designed by the architect Wilson Eyre and the sculptor Alexander Stirling Calder. It was named in honor of Dr. Wilson Cary Swann, the founder of the Philadelphia Fountain Society, an organization dedicated to providing clean drinking water through public fountains. The Swann Fountain features large sculptures of Native American figures representing the three major waterways of the Philadelphia area: the Delaware River, the Schuylkill River, and the Wissahickon Creek.
