It is an octagonal brick-carved imitation wood pavilion-style flower tower with four floors. It is composed of a main tower and an attached small tower, all made of bricks, sitting on the same square base, and the overall plane is octagonal. The tower is 40.5 meters high, with unique shape and varied structure.
