An Atelopus seminiferus nominal toad couple is seen mating on a moss log.  This endangered toad (IUCN 3.1) can only be found in the Amazon Rainforest of Peru.  This small toad is dark black on top and bright red in the belly.  In this photo you can see a small male and larger female adult toad.  The feet of the frog are webbed.
