Peludo or Larger Hair Armadilio. Photo was taken in Peninsula Valdes, Argentina.\nChaetophractus villosus inhabits northern Paraguay and southern Bolivia to central Argentina. Armadillos have a double layer of horn and bone over the majority of their dorsal side. This protective layer consists of bands and plates which are surrounded by flexible skin. A small shield on the head protects the ears and back of the neck. The carapace protects the shoulders, back and side of the body and consists of approximately 18 bands, 7 to 8 of which are movable

Detail of plant/flower captured in summer on black and white film 35 film by an old-fashioned analogue film camera with a prime 105 mm f/2.8 macro lens. The granularity in the image is real film grain (due to the presence of small particles of a metallic silver on the negative). Shallow depth of field. Copy space. The image is part of a series of similar images captured on the same 35 mm film.

Architectural detail from an old abandoned and partly ruined house in Greece. The image was captured on black and white grainy ISO 400 film by an analogue 35 mm film camera and a short telephoto prime lens. The granularity is real film grain (due to the presence of small particles of a metallic silver on the negative). The negative was captured by a digitizer kit connected to a 60mm f/2.8 macro lens and a full-frame DSLR camera, and converted to a positive by software. Minimal post processing has been done (only adjustment of histogram). The image is part of a series of abandoned and partly ruined houses.
