The Umm el Ma or Umm el Ma (Mother of the Water) is about 800 meters long stretched lake in the Libyan part of the Sahara in the Fezzan Awbari. The oasis formed by the lake will be saved from numerous underground water reservoirs. The salinity of the lake rises to 34%.
