A Atelopus seminiferus nominal toad couple is seen mating on a moss log.  This endangered toad (IUCN 3.1) can only be found in the Amazon Rainforest of Peru.  This small toad is dark black on top and bright red in the belly.  In this photo you can see a small male and larger female adult toad.  The toads appear to be muscular.
The saddleback toads are a genus of small, colourful toads the family Brachycephalidae in the order Anura.Brachycephalus species are tiny, often yellow frogs that are native to Atlantic Forest in southeastern Brazil.They have only three toes on each foot, and two fingers on each hand.
