These are the cards numbered two from a pack of 120 Vietnamese To Tom money playing cards dating from 1900. There are three card suits in a To Tom pack: (myriads) (10,000 coins), (strings) (1000 coins) and (coins) (or cash), single coins. These three cards represent, from left to right, the two of each suit. The full pack of To Tom consists of 120 cards, four sets of the same 30 cards. Each of the three shown cards appears four times in the pack. Although made for Vietnam and Indochina, the characters on the cards use an old Chinese script called Chu Nho, a script that modern Chines people cannot read.
