I was shocked at the television that was supposed to play the music video to attract potential customers to make a purchase but was not in use.
I humbly implore you to use the powers vested in your position to delegate your team to ensure that the television would be playing at all times until all customers had exit the store upon closing hours and not before closing hours (see photo enclosed).
