APD and AFD requested the NYSP Bomb Squad to their locations for the active devices, a short time later the NYSP Bomb Squad arrived and neutralized the remaining active devices. Investigating officers conducted numerous interviews and canvassed the neighborhood for suspects and were able to locate two juvenile males that were involved in the manufacture and placement of the devices. The investigation resulted in the arrest of two 14 year old juvenile males and they were both charged with the following crimes. CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON 3RD DEGREE, A CLASS D FELONY. PLACING A FALSE BOMB OR HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE 2ND DEGREE, A CLASS E FELONY.
