RE: Supermarket's price tag failed to show actual SALES price = Opportunity Cost=significantly reduced Sales;Profits;ur Salary = ur Job Loss
Dear Sir/Madam
Please see photos attached. (Melbourne Central Mall store, Melbourne CBD, VIC, Australia) The price tag of “Sistema” containers installed on the shelf next to “Sistema” plastic containers is showing $3.10. However, I managed to purchase 4 x “Sistema” plastic containers at $1.55 each. This error cost COLES significantly in many different ways. Store Manager and staff looked bad which led to attack on me and my family physically. Opportunity cost which result in reduced Sales; Profits and your Salary Increments and possibly your job loss. How does escalating this observation benefit me in any monetary ways in comparison to the dangers this escalation would bring me? See my blog for 500+ escalations. retail australia melbourne |
