On June 11, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was alerted to a domestic dispute between Randall Vose, 37, and a female victim. Police said Vose assaulted and strangulated the victim and forcefully stole her car. Vose and the victim know each other, according to police. The stolen vehicle was located on June 12 in the Town of Perth on Highway 107. Police said it had been crashed and abandoned. Vose was later arrested at an acquaintance’s residence in Gloversville. Vose was charged with Robbery in the Second Degree, Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, Aggravated Family Offense, Strangulation in the Second Degree, and Assault in the Third Degree.
