I was frustrated by the misrepresentation of the Starhub Tourist Sim Card free 100GB on your 4G SIM Card (See photo Attached). The Prepaid SIM states 4G on the card but the additional 100GB is only 3G. This is gross omission of information. I had called Starhub customer service and they can’t do anything about it and advised me to go to the customer care shop at NEX. I waited 45 mins at the NEX shop and was advised that they cannot upgrade the speed of the card to 4G or remove the 100GB data attached to the card. There is nothing they can do about it and I was left with the SIM with poor internet connection. Why couldn’t the customer service officer tell me this over the phone? How would you had felt having to spend your holidays queuing at the customer care shop without any resolution to this matter? The above resulted in brand reputation damage by association to Jetstar Asia and Scoot Air as they were distributing STARHUB prepaid SIM Card promotional leaflets to passengers on their flight.
