During my visit to Forum Mall at Orchard Road, Singapore, I noticed that the fire extinguisher is missing a conspicuous signage to notify firefighters or people looking for the fire extinguisher from a reasonable distance away. This is a safety risk and may result in loss of lives in a Fire Disaster. I implore you to take action and use the powers vested in you to move the management of Forum Mall to install a Fire Extinguisher signage.
