The purpose of this email is not to gain monetary benefits. But to highlight the margins of error of using the same white plate in chicken on the side(non charge) as per your kaarage white plate (chargeable). This led to confusion, dissatisfaction and loss of sales, profits and reduction of your salary increments and bonus. Perhaps you could use a special colour plate for items that are not chargeable to differentiate from the chargeable sushi plate. Additionally, in reference to your IPAD ordering system: It is confusing to have option of chicken on the side when the meal is only tempura prawns. Please see photos attached.
