It's not a water feature, and it's not in a pond. Nope, this is one of the yards in work, and that water is coming from a place where there are no holes. Given the pressure required to break through tarmac, I can only assume that we've burst a water main. God only knows how much water we're losing underground. Let's hope a repair can be made easily! The miracle is that it's been like that for at least an hour and so far none of the kids have asked me if they're going to be sent home!
