We've decided that she must be the only person who has to apologise for being EARLY due to bad weather! When things are rough we leave plenty of spare time and usually don't need it. Today was a case in point when she arrived at eight o'clock for her nine o'clock start. She'll be narked that I got to photograph these in daylight whilst she struggled to have a go in the dark. The side of the house is covered in ivy, and last night it started forming the most amazing icicles on it. I think the warm house heated some of the snow on the roof which then froze again on the way down the wall. They're very pretty anyway, and not small either. This isn't a macro shot - the biggest one in the foreground is probably ten inches long. Ah well, let's hope traffic is still reasonable when I go back to the hospital this afternoon.
