This morning after I dropped Laura off at work I went to 'Manchester' to pick up an ebay item for work - a very nice video switching scaler. 'Manchester' turned out to be Atherton, which is indeed within the Greater Manchester area but is probably closer to Wigan. A nice easy drive both ways that saw me back in the 'pool for twenty past ten. This mill is apparently now some kind of outlet mall. Interestingly I also passed three supermarkets in a row all with filling stations. 121.7 is the cheapest I've seen diesel for a long time! A mill? I must be oop North! Not very far as it goes.
