Apologies to anyone who follows my tweets and will already have seen this today. Overnight, some filthy scutter has decided to make off with my number plate! It's a bit odd, as it's only the back one, but it's probably some kind of ANPR scam. Weirdest of all is the fact that this isn't the first time this has happened. About ten years or so ago, parked outside Anfield Comp, I lost a rear number plate on a different car. I remember then that the front desk at Tuebrook Police Station were very dismissive, clearly thinking that it wasn't worth their time filling in the report. This time I made it easy for them and reported it online, which I have now had a response for. The plate is replaced, so hopefully that's the last of it. Number 300 already!
