Laura thought that the redevelopment of the front of Lime Street Station had been completed, and it turns out that she was right. The old tower (Concorde House?) and the manky strand of shops have now been swept away so that we can once again actually see the front of Lime Street Station. The new view can be found in Laura's photo, but so we weren't identical I went for a different shot, with the camera placed on one of the new steps leading up to the station and facing St. George's Hall. There's a few people just standing round as the Lord Mayor's Parade was due to start within ten minutes of the photo.
